The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of PathoscribeAI. Output generated specifically from your proprietary data remains your intellectual property, as detailed in your specific Service Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PathoscribeAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Judiciary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
